'On The Right Track' is a free, computerised, touch screeen information point for homeless people. Developed especially to enable those newly homeless or new to London to make contact with the appropriate service set up to help them, the terminals provide a wealth of vital information. OTRT gives free advice on where to find a bed for the night, where to go for a subsidised meal, agencies concerned with drug related problems, helplines etc.

Statistics show over 42,000 homeless people use the terminals each year. With three kiosks around London, located in key areas being Euston, Victoria and Waterloo train stations.
