Audio cassettes can be a lifeline for visually impaired people - offering the opportunity to enjoy a taped version of a favourite newspaper, novel, music, or perfect way to send 'letters'.

Set up to save visually impaired people money on cassettes, minidiscs and other Hi-Fi accessories, Tapesense is a subsidised mail order service backed by Richer Sounds plc and developed and run by the foundation. We offer top-quality brand-new products at a fraction of shop prices to visually impaired people and all those who work with them. We aim to make it the most popular service of its kind in the country.
