Children’s Village Mogadishu Charitable Organisation : SOS Children Project Description The Persula Foundation has given funding towards the running of a Children’s Village for orphans in Mogadishu, Somalia. The Children’s Village offers a permanent home in a family environment to children who have lost their parents or can no longer live with them. Four to ten boys and girls of different ages live together with their SOS 'mother' in a family house; eight to fifteen family houses form a village community. We have provided funding for food for one year for fifteen family homes.
